Job Description

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Marketing support (45% of the time):

  • RDA creation, follow up on PO number, GR the PO, make sure vendor submit invoice to finance and update budget tracking file.
  • Capex project creation at trade up platform.
  • Follow up with vendor for rendering/quotation/installation timeline/ tracking delivery number.
  • Handle simple visual change for smaller stores – from contacting vendor, download visual from contentlab and follow up the installation.
  • Handle small maintenance issue at the store – contacting vendor and get them fix.
  • Follow up with customer for store photo sharing after installation of visual.
  • Follow up with customer and vendor on mall/ airport permit application for pop up/capex project.
  • Assisting me on ad hoc corporate reporting file.
  • Vendor Sourcing if existing vendor could not do some of project.

 

Commercial support (40% of the time):

  • Support the Commercial executive on the consolidation of monthly sales report from customers.
  • Support the Commercial executive on the request of credit and debit notes for customers (margin compensation, cost discrepancies or defective claims).
  • Support the Commercial executive on the update of pricing for customers (cost price, retail prices, discount, margin etc).
  • Support the Commercial executive on the management of master customer data file (client codes, price lists, shipping terms, etc).
  • general office maintenance.

Customer Relationship support (5% of the time): manage the discontinued skus files and inform the customers

Administrative Responsibility (5% of the time): sourcing and booking of travel arrangement for the department, ordering and maintaining samples/Catalogues


Coordination for Buying Presentation (5% of the time): Support the Commercial executive and the marketing manager on the bi-yearly buying presentations in Italy, HK and Singapore. contact customer and manage buying presentation schedule.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying with Business/Marketing (major of studies)
  • Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines.
  • Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Familiar with Office software packages (especially in Power Point Presentations and Excel (spreadsheet functions like V-Lookup, concatenate, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written language skills in English (and possibly Mandarin) a must for business communication purpose.
  • Good planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent and self-motivated individual, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
