Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan & manage all logistical aspects & events, including catering, transportation etc
- Manage procurement for events ensuring best price/service obtained
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution
- Assist in venue setup & teardown
- Assist in on-site operations including attendee management and registration
- Collaborate with internal operations & marketing team on event promotion strategies and materials
- Conducting survey and compile statistics
- Assist in other events operations and general administration
Requirements:
- Diploma in Events Management with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates and those with some working experience in finance, electrical installations are also welcome
- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours and on rest day as and when required
- Willing to work within Ubi Crescent Vicinity
- Able to commence work within short notice.
