E's FITNESS was established in 2015. It is a 4-level gym situated in the conservation shophouse of Cantonment/Bukit Pasoh area. It is fully accessible and sheltered from Outram MRT station and within walking distance from Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown MRT stations.

E's FITNESS is a boutique gym that serves people from a varied crowd, such as young people popping in for classes and gym as well as established professionals coming in for Personal Training sessions. 

The gym serves to provide a conducive environment for people of all shapes and sizes, as well as different phases of life. The culture is friendly, supportive and non-judgemental.

Job Description

*Singaporeans or SPR only*

Experience and Educational Requirements:
• Minimum GCE "N/O" Level
• Students and Sports Fanatics are also welcome
• Cash Register Experience Preferred
• Reception Experience Preferred
• General interest in Physical Education and Sports

Duties to Be Performed:
• Handle incoming calls
• Greet everyone who comes in the front door
• Work with the MEGAPOS System/ tracking files/ several folders to register members and verify membership or redeem Personal Training sessions
• Welcome guests and show them around
• Collect class fees and payments for membership and Personal Training sessions
• Help to maintain an up-to-date Membership and Sales tracking file
• Provide directions:
-Handle class bookings, give information about the different Training packages
-Assist members in questions about correct exercise performance and the correct use of the equipment in the gym
• Actively help to drive Sales through asking members/walk-ins/trials for feedback and distribute prospects/ flyers and your own creativity
• Make sure the Gym is clean and neat at all times
-Towel baskets not overloaded
-Equipment stored safely
-Washrooms to be kept clean and neat
-Keep towels washed, dried and folded
• Keep desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
• Undefined work assigned by supervisor

Supervision:
• Supervision and training will be given by the Front Desk Manager
• The front desk personnel are also responsible for following the directions of the Manager and Assistant Manager
