You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

1) HR Business Partnering

  • Prepare HR metrics report and analyze key trends
  • Be involved in HR projects and programs
  • Prepare communications on HR initiatives
  • Provide support to update personnel records

About You

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

  • A degree in Business or Human Resources related courses
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Prior work experience is not required.
