Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

1) HR Business Partnering
- Prepare HR metrics report and analyze key trends
- Be involved in HR projects and programs
- Prepare communications on HR initiatives
- Provide support to update personnel records
About You
We’re looking for people with the following experience:
- A degree in Business or Human Resources related courses
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Prior work experience is not required.
