An intern will be a part of Essilor Internationals Global Sourcing & Procurement organization. Which are spread over more than 100 countries across the Globe. And managing 28000 suppliers and 5m invoices annually.
An Intern would be assigned to support Global Transportation category for a mission, analyse the tender results, scenarios building and assisting in negotiation process. It’s a ASIA, ME, Russia, Africa transport tender (UPS, Fedex, DHL).
To succeed within those missions an intern would be required to demonstrate/learn/improve its soft and hard skills such as analytical skills, project management, working with heavy amounts of data.
