eRegNow.com is an event technology provider and powers over 500 conferences across the world each year.
We have powered over 5000 conferees till date with out innovative and user friendly event technology.
We are managing event technology which is happening on the 19th - 20th February 2020 at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center.
We would like to hire few event staff to manage our registration kiosk and attendee entry by scanning and validating.
The scope of work will be as follows:
1. Registration Staff
A. Manning the registration kiosk and assisting delegates in printing their badges.
B. Registering some people on the spot who are not pre-registered
2. Scanning & Validating Staff
A. We have over 8 halls for which attendees have registered. So when these attendees come to the hall, the QR code on their badge is scanned and validated if they are allowed entry or not.
B. If entry is not allowed, a senior official will take over and decide to allow or disallow the person.
Staff Required: (final numbers will be informed shortly)
19th - 4 People
20th - 16-18 People
Work Timings:
6 AM - 6 PM. - Cannot be late for reporting.
Dress Code:
Formals or as advised
F&B:
Lunch & High Tea will be provided
Basic Requirements:
Well Groomed, Presentable, Good conversational and written english.
