Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channelsScreen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordinationCoordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managersAssist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platformsSupport employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market researchMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transitionProvide support for ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned

Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and talent acquisitionGood organizational and coordination skills with attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindsetInternship period: 3 to 6 months
