We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part to our Emporium Shokuhin family as Ecommerce Intern. This individual will support the marketing and procurement department, the successfully shortlisted interns will be trained and familiarized with Emporium Shokuhin’s Sales and Purchasing process
Key Responsibilities:
- Frequent work in Excel and other Microsoft office software
- Place and monitor customer orders, speaking to suppliers and manufacturers
- Provide customer services support
- Assist with accounting and tracking of order metrics
- Process/Filing documents
- Any other ad-hoc project/activities assigned by immediate Mentor
- Propose presentation on possible ways to improve productivity by end of Internship
Requirements:
- Have a passion for Japanese Cuisine
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Highly driven with a positive attitude to learn and improve
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently & excellent time management
- Good interpersonal skills, cheerful and positive attitude
- Computer savvy
