Who We’re Looking For

A highly organized, quick-learning individual who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work directly with the agency leader, supporting day-to-day operations, scheduling, research, and events execution. If you’re a recent diploma graduate, we welcome your application. The candidate has the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role based on satisfactory performance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support events and activations organized by the agency from conceptualization to post event reporting.
• Conduct simple research and prepare brief summaries
• Liaise and coordinate with sub con and vendors
• Organize documents, meeting notes and project trackers
• Manage the event team's schedule, appointments and reminders
• Liaise with internal teams and clients when needed
• Occasionally assist with light errands

What You'll Need

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec
• Strong communication (spoken & written) and time-management skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Drive, Gmail) 
• Resourceful, positive attitude and able to learn fast
• Interest in creative work, branding, or marketing is a bonus
• Some design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) are a plus
