JOB DESCRIPTION
EVENT ASSISTANT
As an event assistant,you will be work closely with an Event Planner in order to ease the Event Planner’s workload. You have to pay careful attention to detail, must be prepared to work on several tasks at once, and will be required to take on all aspects of the role: from the more exciting aspects of interacting with celebrities and high-profile people through to the more mundane, routine tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all logistics setup for events
- Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering schedules
- Provide on site support for events
- Sourcing for event supplies
- Others ad-hoc duties as assigned
