Responsibilities

• Disposal sighting - Disposal  sighting with Corporate Information. Intern will do the sighting, witness, compile the list  and update the deactivation on Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing.
• Mitigating control - Gather all supporting documents from different divisions.
• Bank clearing- to reconcile bank transaction for various departments and report daily cash balance to Germany.
• Asset coordination (transfer/sales) - To take note of any transfer or sales take place and prepare documentation.
• Assists in bank/fixed assets reconciliations - Bank/FA reconciliation. 
• E-journal supporting compiling
• Perform fixed asset confirmation annually

Requirements

• Diploma and Degree in Accounting or related courses
• A creative and business-oriented mind with interest in accounting as a function
• Quick learner with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of MS Office

Eligibility

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
• You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
• You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
• The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
