Elitez Pte Ltd – Project Manager

Up to $5k Per Month / Project Manager / Admiralty

• Leading the development, tracking and improvement of crop nutrition KPIs at the farm
• Conduct programme trials, lab, and user tests to determine crop nutrition suitability and consistency at all stages, from seed to nursery, grow room to post harvest
• Identify and follow up opportunities for learning and development to ensure crop nutrition meets evolving requirements, to stay at the forefront of relevant scientific and technology areas
• Work closely with Quality and Plant Science crop development teams to develop a nutrition framework for the team’s better understand of micro and macro nutrients and its beneficial effects
• Produce and test prototype implementation of systems to optimise growth at scale in farm conditions.
• Be the main point of contact between Company and current suppliers, including potential suppliers and 3rd party service providers.
• Nutrition testing of crops, new products, desired nutrition
• Liaise with appropriate laboratories to conduct validation and certification testing, as required
• Connect and liaise directly with suppliers’ and leverage from their expertise to provide valuable insight and solutions to Company’s crop optimisation.
• Design Project scopes with external parties/ suppliers to cater to Company’s developmental requirements.
• Transpose knowledge gained from external experts to apply to Company’s Plant Science crop development team for evaluation and implementation as appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor in Food Technology / Food Science.
• 2-3 years of experience in planning and running experiments in commercial farms.
• Experienced in Project Management
• Ability to analyse and communicate academically quantitative insights in an actionable manner for operational excellence.
• Detail oriented and analytical.
• Creative – propose innovative solutions to technical problems.
• Aptitude for finding solutions / improvements.

• Working Days: 5 Days
• Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
• Otherwise as per advised by Hiring Manager
• Working Location: Admiralty, Singapore
