Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Head of Department to review, improve, and implement processes at the centres to meet the centre’s KPIs and financial goals.
  2. Provide support to the business units to evaluate, work out communiqué and tactical methods to implement strategies and policies.

  3. Facilitate and manage feedbacks, compliments and complaints from sponsors, residents and staffs to ensure the smooth operational flow with improvement when necessary.

  4. Ensure that all centres establish an effective operational organization structure meeting all requirements from various regulatory agencies and company’s financial objectives.

  5. Support and provide guidance to centres in liaising with various departments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in centre operations.

  6. Provide guidance, mentorship and coaching to centre staff and stand in as Centre Manager when necessary. 
  1. Implement and monitor control measurements within the department and centre level. (eg. ISO, SOP, Inventories and etc) 
  1. Ensure that all centres are service and quality orientated. 
  1. Ensure effective and efficiency resource management at both department and centre level. 
  1. Support all centres to ensure safety and hygiene measures are in place. 
  1. Review and improve the meal menu and preparation at the centres. 
  1. Support facilities team in facilities and equipment maintenance and upgrading.
  2. Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum diploma in any discipline.
  2. Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English.

  3. Excellent team player and able to communicate well with all levels.

  4. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc).

  5. Mature, dynamic, positive attitude, multi-task and resourceful.

  6. Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
