Job Description

• Responsible for daily purchasing admin duties using XMS system and ensuring invoices are process timely with accuracy
• Prepare purchasing orders and invoices and coordinate with suppliers
• Generate weekly and monthly purchasing/inventory report for management
• Assist with the follow-up and coordination of suppliers, warehouse and operations teams to ensure on time delivery of products
• Other ad hoc administrative duties

Job Requirement

• Relevant purchasing experience will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Words
• Able to read and type in Mandarin
