Job Description
- Preparation of month end close reporting package for submission to HQ (HFM, reporting files)
- Handle monthly closing and responsible for day to day accounting transactions
- Handle AP and AR processing
- Handle Interco processing and reconciliations
- Manage the inventory reconciliation and valuation
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain customer master records, and update customer account information.
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
- Send reminders, and contact customers for payments as assigned.
- Monthly Payroll processing
- Monthly CPF Submission, Yearly Tax Submission (IR8A) & Tax submission for resigned foreign worker (IR21)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Candiate with prior experience and knowledge in handling Suingapore's Accounts will be advantage
- Good command in English and Chinese (spoken & written) to handle queries from Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the accounting payable/ receivable, GST filing and accounting matters
