Job description

· In charge in maintaining full sets of account

· Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS

· (actual vs budget: actual vs prior period)

· Prepare GST submission

· Assists in monthly reporting, computation for revenue and cost recognition

· Monthly allocation, cost accruals, project progress, etc

· Daily revenue reporting

· Perform Month end and Year end closing reports

· Prepare Bank reconciliation

· Assists in year end audit and tax

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Competencies and Skills Required

• Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

• Ability to work under pressure

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA

• Min 3-4 years accounting experience

• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
