Our current focus is Quickly.sg, a local services marketplace built around a simple idea: getting everyday things done should be easier. Through Quickly.sg, customers can post what they need, receive quotes from local service providers, compare their options and choose the provider that best suits their needs. The platform covers a growing range of categories, including home services, personal care, education and enrichment.
We are building Quickly.sg’s brand, community and digital presence from the ground up. As part of a small and fast-moving team, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, create work that goes live and see how content, marketing and product growth come together in an early-stage technology business.
Marketing & Content Creation Intern (Quickly.sg)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on and social-media-savvy Marketing & Content Creation Intern to help grow Quickly.sg’s brand, audience and digital presence.
This is a full-time hybrid internship based primarily at our Woodlands office. The intended arrangement is three days on-site and one day working from home each week, subject to filming and campaign needs. You should be comfortable travelling to service providers and other locations around Singapore for content shoots.
Working hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm
The role will be primarily focused on Quickly.sg, with occasional support for other projects under Ceus Capital when required. We are looking for someone who can commit for at least two months.
What You Will Do
• Plan, film, edit and create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other digital channels
• Develop content ideas based on everyday service needs, local businesses, customer pain points and the Quickly.sg customer journey
• Create provider spotlights, service explainers, customer scenarios, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, trend-led videos and UGC-style content
• Visit local service providers and other locations around Singapore to capture videos, photos and stories
• Write video hooks, simple scripts, captions, headlines and campaign copy
• Coordinate basic shoot requirements, including content briefs, shot lists, props, schedules and filming arrangements
• Design simple social media graphics and adapt content into different formats using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Help maintain a content calendar and support the scheduling and publishing of content
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and local consumer behaviour to identify new content opportunities
• Review basic performance indicators such as views, watch time, engagement, clicks and enquiries, and use the findings to improve future content
• Repurpose strong content across different platforms and adapt suitable organic content into marketing or advertising creatives
• Support brand launches, promotions, partnerships, provider-focused campaigns and other marketing initiatives
• Assist with simple website, landing-page, email or promotional content when required
What We Are Looking For
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, content creation or startups
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including current formats, trends, hooks and editing styles
• A good eye for visuals, pacing, storytelling and brand consistency
• Comfortable working behind the camera and occasionally appearing in content when the concept requires it
• Able to communicate clearly and write confidently in English
• Creative, organised, dependable and able to meet deadlines
• Able to take initiative, work independently and contribute ideas instead of waiting for detailed instructions for every task
• Receptive to feedback and willing to test, review and improve content
• Comfortable travelling to different locations around Singapore for approved content shoots
• Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, Business or related fields are welcome to apply
Formal work experience is not required. However, you should be able to show us examples of content you have created. School projects, personal social media content, freelance work and self-initiated projects are all welcome.
Experience with photography, social media analytics, paid advertising, SEO, website content, marketplaces or consumer technology platforms would be an advantage, but is not compulsory.
