Job Description

Job Summary

The Accounts Intern ( x 2 positions) is responsible in assisting the accounting procedures in Ebb & Flow Pte Ltd Group HQ and the other outlets.

 

Essential Job Functions

Assist in daily accounting entry 

Liaise with suppliers for the monthly SOA and any dispute

Assist in outlets sales revenue billing and reconcile to the bank collection.

Assist in checking petty cash 

Perform monthly bank reconciliation.

Enter inter-company transaction and agree inter-company balances

Assist in preparation of fixed assets schedule and compute the depreciation charge

Generate monthly reporting and upload to airtable

Ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements

Diploma in Accountancy 

Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines

Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 

Possess initiative and ability to work independently 

Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
