Job Description

Position / Department:

Customer Service & Sales Support (Time Critical Solution)

Job Purpose:

1. Perform daily operations flow including planning & execution

2. Perform sales support responsibilities

Job Location:

Sinagpore / Johor, Malaysia.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1) Global Operations Handling for Time Critical Solution

a. Main contact for key clients and ad-hoc customers

b. Main contact for key agents/vendors

c. Coordinate shipment arrangements with vendors/agents

d. Actively track and trace shipments and update customer accordingly

e. Develop relationships and negotiate pricing matters with global partners

f. Generate billing invoices

g. General reports as and when required 

h. Liaise with agents/vendors/suppliers to ensure receipts/invoices/documents are submitted

i. Keep all documentation and records orderly

j. Support in the development of operational procedures

2) Sales Support

a. Perform introductory sales for potential customer through cold calls, networking and visits

b. Support sales personnel to set up sales appointments

c. Support administrative requirement for customer registration

d. Gather & review costs for appropriate quotation to customers

e. Market research & analysis
