• Talent pooling and finding talent in challenging geographies

• Tech meet-ups and sponsored events

• Develop candidate-led opportunities
• Implement 180-recruitment process for all candidate-led opportunities including: database search, resourcing of candidates, advertising in internet media (where relevant), qualification of candidates, submission of applications, arranging interviews, conducting candidate screenings, arranging client interviews and making offers to candidates
• Apply all corporate and business unit procedures.
• Contribute to team support and team delivery of end to end recruitment solutions.
