• Conceptualize and produce short-form video and visual content for platforms like TikTok, Lemon8, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)

• Create engaging and relatable content around career tips, personal growth, job search strategies, and upskilling

• Edit and optimize content with catchy hooks, captions, and platform-specific formatting

• Repurpose video content across multiple platforms with adapted messaging and visuals

• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) and provide weekly updates

• Stay up to date on social media trends and propose new content formats or viral ideas

• Support basic community management (e.g., replying to comments or DMs)
