The Role
Basic responsibilities for this role would include the following:
- Draft legal documents
- Perform KYC duties
- Conduct legal research
- Provide legal support to lawyers and clients
To QualifyThe ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
- At least 2 years' paralegal experience gained within an international firm in the corporate finance area
- Offshore jurisdiction experience preferred
- Excellent languages skills both spoken and written
- Detail oriented with the ability to be a team player
