Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development and Partner Relations, you will serve as the liaison between our overseas partners and our various other departments for all overseas business setup & franchise related issues.
- Assist in the initial setup of the business overseas, including business incorporation, trade mark and office setup.
- Maintain good partner relationship by providing support and answers to overseas partners’ concerns/ queries.
- Assist with the organisation of all training programmes necessary for franchise staff and on-site support during initial startup period.
- Compile franchise manuals and build operation and food SOPs on a regular basis
- Build strong relationship with the Franchise/ JV partners through regular contact through email or mobiles to drive operational standards, exchange information and achieve commercial results.
- Ensure that timelines are kept for various projects that might be going on at the same time.
- Assist partners with cross-border procurement.
- Assist in any projects and tasks that might be directed by the Head of BD.
Requirements
- Must possess maturity, judgement and consultative ability to interact effectively with business partners and franchisees.
- Excellent written and oral skills in both English and Chinese.
Knowledge of foreign languages will be a plus. (in order to liaise with Chinese and foreign/ various speaking associates) - Must be able to multi-task and cope with a wide range of work.
- Able to see others' point of view and cope with criticism.
- Resourceful, responsible with meticulous organisational skills.
- Dynamic and pro-active personality coupled with a can-do attitude, able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
