We are a small studio that moves fast and experiments constantly. You will work directly with the Founder on real growth challenges — not vanity metrics or scheduled content calendars.

Our approach to marketing is not traditional. We do not hire someone to manually post on Instagram or tweak ad copy by hand. We build agents to do that. Your job is to design, run, and optimise those agents — and figure out where our products and clients should be showing up that they currently are not.

If you are someone who gets excited by growth loops, distribution hacks, and the idea of automating an entire campaign pipeline, you will fit right in.

What You Will Work On

• Building and running agentic marketing workflows — automated Meta and TikTok ad campaigns that optimise themselves
• Finding and testing new distribution channels for AI-native products (communities, directories, newsletters, platforms, creator ecosystems)
• Running growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis → build → launch → measure → iterate
• Figuring out where our audience actually lives online — and building agents to reach them there at scale
• Working with tools like Claude, n8n, and custom AI pipelines to automate repetitive growth tasks
• Tracking what works, killing what does not, and documenting the playbook as you go

Who We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial and 'figure-it-out'-attitude. You try things before asking for help
• Curious about AI and excited to use it as a growth lever, not just a buzzword
• You have run ads, grown a page, or built an audience before — even a small one
• Comfortable reading data and drawing conclusions from it
• Singapore-based (occasional in-person meetups, mostly remote)
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, or any marketing automation tools
