OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :

• Contact point for all company’s project works.
• Assist and work on all operational jobs handed down by OM/AOM.
• Handle all enquires and complaints related to Operational works.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

• Documentation work (eg. Risk Assessment, material requisition, work schedule, meeting arrangement with clients, drawings submission, submit quotations, project handover, report submission).
• Preparations and assistance in all project tenders.
• Site survey.
• Planning and delegation of operational work to subordinates.
• Ensure timely and orderly work flow for various projects.
• Risk management leader.
• In charge of all safety measures of workers and workplace.
• Material purchase.

AUTHORITY / ACCOUNTABILITY :

Ensure and monitor the safety procedures and risk assessment are delivered before start of work and during work. To ensure the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System. Delegate and coordinate all work and ensure smooth work flow, handle customers’ enquiries and complaints. Be accountable for all project works delegated by OM/AOM.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• AUTOCAD is a great advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Leadership.
• A well-organized and meticulous person.
• Highly driven, result-oriented and self motivated.
• Able to converse and write in English.

HIGHEST QUALIFICATION:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
