INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN (To learn and gain experience)
- Responsibilities:
- Innovate and create new designs appropriate for various location and project requirements
- Research and follow industry changes/trends, evolutions and best practises
- Client consultation for design requirements and requests (Probational training will be provided)
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- On-site surveying of jobsite
- Maintain good client relations, liaise with clients to negotiate fees and set schedules for projects
- Requirements:
- Proficient in Sketchup, Layout and AutoCAD or any other 3D rendering software
- Good written/spoken English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently, strong interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Creative person with good organizational skills, good team-player
- Good to have :
- Good portfolio of previous works
- BS or BA degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or similar relevant field
