Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Provide general office adminstrative support to team. (e.g. Directors, Managers, Clients, Vendors, etc)
  • Monitor payments, track sales, contract periods and vendors regulations.
  • Prepare documentations, invoices, quotations, forms.
  • Close communication and properly collated documents to various government agency for timely submission.
  • Attend to phone and emails sale enquiries.
  • Maintain good customer's relationship
  • Drafting business documents and record documents accordingly.
  • Data entry, general filings, preparing reports and supporting documents when neccessary.
  • Meticulous in handling figures.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties and other general office administrative tasks assigned.
  • Initial guidance will be provided.

 

Required Skill(s):

Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Google Suite, Dropbox

Good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills.

Language: English and Chinese
