Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations within the Events Division on all necessary tasks
- Create invitee list, send out invitations and manage RSVP list
- Keep inventory of props/display materials
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Marketing or Communications diploma or degree preferred, but not required
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Takes initiative, enthusiastic to learn and likes a challenge
- Creative, energetic and passionate
- PC proficient, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and handle routine tasks
- A team player that can work independently
Length of contract:
This internship is for a period of at least 4 months. The internship will gain a good understanding of the event planning and implementation of activities and programs in the luxury market and private events in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
