Job Description: Printer Technician (Full-Time)

• Working Hours: 5.5-day work week

About Us: 

Our team serves both retail and corporate clients, mainly dealing with printer diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Printer Technician to join our service team.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person / willing to travel Islandwide

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laser printers and copier machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and part replacement (e.g., drum, fuser, rollers, toner system).
• Assist with on-site and in-shop service support, including installation and setup.
• Maintain service records, parts usage, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and admin team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Continuously learn new repair techniques and product updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM / ITE / Diploma (in any field).
• Willing to learn and undergo technical training.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
