Our flagship product, Dreamscape is an immersive interactive mixed reality (IMR) that is used in a computer aided virtual environment (CAVE). We are currently expanding our product range to cater to our clients' needs and advancement in techology. 

Admin Executive #SGUP #Mid-Career Pathway

This is a SGUnited Mid-Career Pathway Programme.

The administrative executive is a critical member who provides secretarial and administative support as well as communicates with clients. The candidate must be flexible and organised.

Duties include:

1. Be the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders;
2. Maintain and manage master corporate calendar of meetings and events;
3. Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally;
4. Take meeting minutes/notes for management;
5. Manage and monitor office supplies;
6. Manage efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records;
7. Good verbal and written communications skills;
8. Proficiency in English; second language a plus;
9. Exemplary planning and time management skills;
10. Current in office technology, and computer software include MS Office;
11. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload;
12. Descretion with personal and confidential information.
