Social Media & Online Community Manager
Jobscope
· Managing the community platform - Answering queries, gather suggestions & feedbacks and related tasks
·Maintaining good customer relationship by leading online content generation and community management on various social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, etc.
· Monitoring effectiveness of online content and adjust strategies whenever necessary.
· Leading new initiatives and related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements for Candidate
· Locals are preferred due to limited quota.
· Fluency in English and Chinese is a must due to the nature of our business and communication with clients & business partners.
· At least one or more years of good experience in social media & community mangement
· Knowledge and experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and related technology is preferred
· Entrepreneurship
· Willing to learn new things fast.
