Job Description

We are looking for an Account specialist to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account management specialist's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, from communication, ensuring the smoothness of the project execution and proposal making.

  • Serve as one of the points of contact for the assigned account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics using SAAS tools
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Meeting new prospects, prepare proposal pitch together with the team
  • Work in an agile boutique agency style

Requirement:

  • Ideally, a proven work experience of the relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at higher levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Canva, Monday.com / Trello, report management tools)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand suggest creative marketing solutions
  • Meticulous in project execution and communication stage
  • Passionate individual and a team player, hungry to learn and to lead
