Job Description

Customer Relationship Management Intern - Changi Airport (Jul - Dec)


The Customer Relationship Management intern will be tasked on the following projects and task but not limiting to: 

  • Understand and support full concierge services, which include transportation, merchandise deliveries, reservation handling and others.
  • Conduct Loyal T program refresher training for staff to drive member acquisition
  • By observing current process – continually improve on customer experience and process efficiency related to Loyal T program
  • To support on ad-hoc events organizing, pre and post event analysis


Business Initiative Project

  • Deep dive into customer profiling, review and access current practice and propose meaningful process/adjustment
  • Effective way of collating customer feedback (events, product sourcing, experience etc) – analyze and present.
  • Utilizing customer feedback analysis to further enhance Loyal T members’ experience
