Dermacurate (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Beauty Therapist

Specific Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and provide professional advice for facial and slimming treatments 
• Recommending appropriate facial and slimming treatments and products to customers and , performing treatment services set by the company
• 
  
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
• Assist operations manager in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
• Provide administrative support in terms of customer care and acquisition, including scheduling of appointments, maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs and conducting customer satisfaction surveys on Google and Facebook
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
• Maintain customer relationship with follow up engagement post treatment 

Skills Required

• Possess CIBTAC/ CIDESCO/ ITEC qualification or other Beauty Certificates
• Dedicated and Strong willingness to learn
• High level of pro-activeness and initiative
• 2 years’ experience
• Exhibits right values towards customers
• Able to communicate in English
• Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
