Role Description

This position reports to the Project Manager and interfaces with on ground Supervisor. Wei!Creative is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace.

A successful candidate will:

• Understands the aspect of our operations flow in Xdock, First mile, last mile and warehouse
• Overseeing and assisting a team of drivers and ground staffs by ensuring day-to-day operations runs smoothly
• Review, recommend, revise and implement Xdock Best practices, and propose new ideas and suggestions for any improvements on projects
• Maintain constant communication between management, staffs and customers ensure proper operations of the organization
• Monitor operational performance of all staffs ensuring all protocols are complied
• Enforce corrections and improvement in areas of operations through client’s feedback & KPI
• Provide high quality standard in both work and towards customers
• Lead, motivate and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including direct reports and problem resolution
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Company

Qualification:

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain / related field of studies will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Meticulous, systematic, efficient, and able to work well with detailed information
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
• Ability to work independently with goal centric approach and open to take new and different tasks
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to do what it takes
• Must be comfortable in operating in warehouse environment

Duration of Traineeships/ Attachment Offered – 6 months 

Remuneration:

• Basic salary of SGD1,800 - SGD2,500 monthly depending of experience and qualifications

Requirements:

All trainees MUST fulfil the following criteria: 

A. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and 

B. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship are to be Diploma and above or Mid career individuals from any qualification . This position is open for both recent graduates and mid career individuals (mature and non mature).
