What You’ll Do Here …
- Provide technical support
- Prepare technical sales support materials
- Feedback customer requirements
- Present training seminars on-site
- Respond to and support Requests for Proposals and Information
- Responsible for the equipment installation
- technical presentation, system demo, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
- Troubleshooting security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV
- AI/Facial recognition experience would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Structure, Firewall, LAN and VLAN
- Knowledge of Linux system installation/configuration , mysql db
- Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
- Strong self-learning ability, work independently
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Chinese is a huge plus
