We are in the midst of expansion and we are looking at hiring dynamic individuals with a minimum 1 year of HR or customer service experiences to perform core functions of HR department, handling record management, employee recruitment and welfare activities.

You will be responsible for recruitment, selection and provision of support to new candidates hired. Other responsibilities include managing of job portals, campus recruitment, social media channels and updating of internal bulletin. You should enjoy conceptualising, implementing, organising and coordinating challenging employee engagement activities.

You should be digital savvy, highly organised and result-oriented.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily recruitment matters (screening resumes, post advertisements on web portals, and coordination of all HR related matters)
  • Review candidate’s application against the requirements for the position applied, arrange and conduct the first interview for shortlisted candidates.
  • Select potential candidates and liaise with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews
  • Prepare all relevant recruitment documentation (internship program application, new recruit contracts and letters etc.) and communicate with new hires on the company HR policies
  • Conduct new joiners' orientation and basic training to familiarise with the necessary functions of the position applied
  • Manage all HR communication channels including social media channels

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Singapore local Diploma/ private degree in any field
  • HR or customer service work experience candidate preferred
  • Organised, driven and resourceful with excellent interpersonal and strong negotiation skills will be well regarded
  • Adaptable and able to work with multiple responsibilities within given time frame
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with social media channels
