Delphys Singapore – Junior Account Executive

• We are looking for a meticulous, energetic and well-organized individual to assist in day-to-day project management, working with creative, event, finance & other departments/vendors to ensure all projects are properly proceeded.
• This position will serve as a support function to Account Executive in Account Servicing department.
• Client is Japanese car brand & this position will be in charge of regional marketing asset development team, which requires strong marketing/advertising perspective.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management 
• Organize day-to-day workflow and account support functions (i.e. Meeting Minute, Proposal Document Preparation – Presentation Deck, Logistics Coordination, Financial Process – Quotation/Invoice, etc)
• Track and monitor progress of projects, follow up with team/vendors.
• Proof reading all asset before delivering to client

 REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proficient English skills for both speaking & writing (*Japanese will be an advantage)
• NICE PERSONALITY – Proactive, Creative, Tolerant, Humble, Eager to learn
• Bachelor in Marketing, Communications or Business Administrations 

Start work Date: Sep’17 to Feb’18.
