As our regional presence continues to expand across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and beyond, we are looking for a Marketing Executive based in Singapore to support marketing efforts across both Tiny Away and Big Tiny.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing Escapes team. This role is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and bookings for our Tiny Away Escapes in Australia and potentially other parts of the world. You’ll work across multiple marketing channels, helping to shape the narrative of what makes our escapes so special, while ensuring a seamless and consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
Job Descriptions:
- Marketing: Effectively segment target audience, target them based on geographical and behavioral signals and track them through a funnel to optimize eventual conversion rates. Knowledge and experience of SEO, SEM, Social media ads, Analytics tracking, keywords research
- Launching new Escapes: Reconceptualize, rebrand and reposition new escapes joining the portfolio and launch them with a concerted campaign, partners and press.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Tiny Away stays in Australia.
- Content Creation: Write and curate engaging content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and partnerships to highlight the unique experiences offered by Tiny Away
- Social Media Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and community management of our social media accounts, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Email Marketing: Assist in developing and distributing email campaigns, customer journeys, and promotional offers to drive direct bookings
- Influencer & Partner Outreach: Coordinate collaborations with content creators, bloggers, tourism boards, and travel platforms to expand reach
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and assist in preparing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing activities
- Market Research: Stay up to date on tourism trends in Australia, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify marketing opportunities
- Promotions: Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and partnerships aimed at increasing occupancy rates at our tiny house locations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
- A creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
