Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to our guests.
  • Attend to customer enquiries/feedback.
  • Inform guests of current and upcoming promotions.
  • Assist outlet team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Learn and perform job duties of all stations according to hygiene, safety, and SOP standards.
  • Prepare and produce beverage orders by mixing or machine.
  • Take customer orders and key in accurately to point of sales machine
  • Display food products in a glass display, assist to pick and pack selected food products for customers.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager.

  • No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided
