DayDayUp – Innovation Program Consultant Internship (Beijing Based)

Discipline: Business related, communications, sociology, information systems

Project planning & implementation

1. Develop and maintain relations with key organizations in Singapore's innovation ecosystem, like universities, research institute, government authorities, media, corporate, startups, investors, etc.
2. Support in understanding and clarifying Chinese and Singaporean customer needs
3. Assist Chinese clients in financing roadshows in Singapore and Southeast Asia, translating materials such as BP and Datapack.
4. Assist in managing business relations with event speakers and program mentors
5. Assist the project manager on project schedule management
6. Assist Chinese tech companies in expanding and developing in the Singapore and Southeast Asia market
7. Assist in organizing online and/or offline events

Sales & marketing support:

1. Marketing of the company's product and service to the Chinese and Singapore market.
2. Perform market research based on the company's product strategy.
3. Develop international marketing channels and international media relation 
4. Support the company's international social networks maintenance, like Facebook Linkedin, etc.
5. Use the company's EDM system as a tool of marketing
6. Update and maintain the company's CRM system
7. Broaden and increase the company's international audience group

Requirements

1. Open to both Graduates and Students.
2. Passionate about the innovation ecosystem.
3. Strong capability to conduct extensive business research in an independent manner.
4. Analytical approach to solving problems.
5. Pro-active and sense of initiative.
6. Solution-oriented and optimistic.
7. Possess good working skills (MS Office, ChatGPT, various efficiency tools, etc.), be good at organizing SOPs, and optimizing working skills, tools, and processes.
8. Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Due to the nature of work, Candidates with strong Chinese command are preferred.

Renumeration: Full time internship: ¥5,000/month
