  1. Valuation of companies using multiple methods, including comparable analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, and computation of weighted average cost of capital, adjustments and normalization, sensitivity and scenario analyses
  2. Preparation of pitch books with guidance from experienced bankers
  3. Market research on assigned industries / sectors and identification of key sector players
  4. Analysis of business models, financial statements such as cash flow statements, income statements and balance sheets, financial ratios, leverage ratios, etc.
  5.  Analysis of business strategies, revenue and costs models, competitive strategies and competitive landscape

Job Requirements

  1. Second upper and above honours qualifications (or equivalent)
  2. Second year and above undergraduates/postgraduates with business / accountancy / economics / banking / finance specialisations are preferred
  3. Knowledge of financial modelling and stock valuation
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data platforms such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters
  5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  6. Proficiency in reading and understanding documents written in both English and Chinese preferred
