Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the local team with various HR initiatives and projects
  • Support in culture topics and projects
  • Actively support in HR digitalization projects and new tool rollout initiatives
  • Support in the planning of Leadership & Development Programs
  • Prepare presentations and content for internal communication
  • Responsible for intern recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain and update the internship headcount
  • Support in the employee recruitment process
  • Liaise with hiring managers in coordinating interviews
  • Support in Expat Management tasks
  • Support in Covid-19 task force activities
  • Support in HR projects

 

Qualifications

  • Preferred current field of study in Business/Human Resource/International Management
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on time
  • Possess great eagerness to learn and take up challenges
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
