CT Solutions (Pte. Ltd.) – HR Intern

My client is a Global oleo-based surfactant feedstock supplier, and main products are alcohol surfactants, fatty acid and fatty alcohol. Headquarter based in Singapore and has branches in Indonesia, Germany, Spain and Belgium.

Position Overview:

The HR Internship offers a comprehensive learning experience covering various aspects of human resources. Interns will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, training, employee engagement, project management, employee benefits, and more. Key 

Responsibilities: 

1. Recruitment 

• Participating in recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding process of new hires. 
• Engage with the hiring managers to support the hiring process. 

2. Training 

• Assisting in the administration of internal and external training programs for employees. 

3. Employee Benefits & Welfare 

• Supporting participation in salary and labour market surveys 
• Analyzing data to assess cost-effectiveness, such as medical insurance. 

4. Data and Reports 

• Aiding in the development of company handbook, and HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements. 

5. HR Events and Activities 

• Coordinating and collaborating with team members to organize employee engagement initiatives including team-building activities, and events. 
• Participation in any ad-hoc HR project and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
