CT Solutions (Pte. Ltd.) – HR Intern

My client is a Global oleo-based surfactant feedstock supplier and main products are alcohol surfactants, fatty acid and fatty alcohol. Headquarter based in Singapore and has branches in Indonesia, Germany, Spain and Belgium. 

Position Overview

The HR Internship offers a comprehensive learning experience covering various aspects of human resources. Interns will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, training, employee engagement, project management, employee benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Participating in recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding process of new hires.
• Engage with the hiring managers to support the hiring process.

Training

• Assisting in the administration of internal and external training programs for employees.

Employee Benefits & Welfare

• Supporting participation in salary and labour market surveys
• Analyzing data to assess cost-effectiveness, such as medical insurance.

Data and Reports

• Aiding in the development of company handbook, and HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.

HR Events and Activities

• Coordinating and collaborating with team members to organize employee engagement initiatives including team-building activities, and events.
• Participation in any ad-hoc HR project and initiatives.
