Job Description

This position reports to the Senior Manager and interfaces with the Principal Consultant and Interns. Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate is passionate about client relations and will be focused on enhancing our key offerings. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing day-to-day account servicing and development of accounts as per client's requirements

  • Manage accounts to ensure high-quality deliverables and project deadlines are met

  • Coordinate project activities between clients and production teams

  • Write inspiring briefs, press releases and social media content

  • Organise projects, internal workflow and keep track of timelines

  • Research on competitive products, target audience and communication propositions

  • Maintain good client relationships and attend to their needs

  • Update clients about schedules and reports on time

 

Requirements: 

  • Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes 

  • How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally 

  • Conceptualising PR stories/activations to enhance PR mileage

  • Identifying relevant media based on client’s brand image/direction

  • Conceptualising Social Media and Influencer Marketing Strategies

  • Pitching PR Stories/Activations to relevant media
