We are a local Charcoal Grill in Singapore. We are uses Josper grilling technology to bring out the charred smoky flavour of the dishes. The 600 deg celcius oven locks in the natural juices of the premium cuts. Charcoal grilling is the best way to cook a good piece of meat.
Job Description
Job scope
- Assist and ensure a smooth service operation (opening and closing of outlet, table setting, taking orders, cleaning outlet etc.
- Present menu and share promotions, specials and items to customers
- Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures
- Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures
- Uses POS machines and portable devices competently
- Training will be provided.
Working hour: 44hours per week
