Job Description
  • Assist in the retail recruitment process which includes shortlisting of candidates, liaising with hiring managers, coordination of candidates on the interview schedules, booking of meeting rooms and making offers to candidates. Assistance in other recruitment related matters is also required.
  • Manage the work pass applications and renewals of office & retail staff.
  • Administer and maintain SAGE Easypay System (i.e. eHR, eLeave, eClaims) and global HRIS System.
  • Liaise with Payroll on matters pertaining to leave applications, claims and payroll processing.
  • Generate monthly reports on a timely basis (e.g.: leave costing report to Payroll, Store-In-Charge Report,
  • Provide administration support for on-boarding new hires, manage Employees Personnel Files (both office & retail staff) by filing and maintenance of related documents accordingly.
  • Administer Quarterly Staff Entitlement Vouchers.
  • Co-ordinate and provide support on company recreation activities.

Provide other administrative support to the HR Team as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/HR or its equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment, high energy, and willingness to have an open-mind and be challenged by various stakeholders and timelines.
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
  • Disciplined and resourceful.
