Job Description
				Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Internship) to join our team and support CradleNest’s marketplace and partner acquisition efforts.You will be at the front line of building relationships with baby product companies, service providers, and advertisers, playing a key role in shaping our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential marketplace vendors, service providers, and advertising partners.
- Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and direct communications.
- Assist in onboarding and nurturing new partners onto the CradleNest marketplace.
- Help create sales decks, partnership proposals, and CRM database updates.
- Support basic account management activities for signed partners.
- Provide weekly reporting on acquisition progress and partnership engagement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with outreach initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus.
- Interest in startups, digital marketplaces, or the parenting industry is an advantage.
