Job Description
- Review, identify & analyse job requirements to identify suitable candidates for available positions across the project
- Utilizes multiple internet resources, job portal & mobile applications to source for candidates
- Assess candidates' suitability in accordance to the requirements of the roles.
- Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews
- Interaction & collaborate within team
- Ensuring all active requirements and KPI are met
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
